Whistleblowers Act

Acting pursuant to the Directive of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2019/1937 of October 23, 2019, on the protection of persons reporting breaches of EU law, at BiaVita Polska S.A. Sanatorium Uzdrowiskowe Augustów, ul. Zdrojowa 3/5/7, 16-300 Augustów, and BiaVita Polska S.A., ul. Bitwy Białostockiej 7, 15-102 Białystok, the Internal Regulation for reporting breaches of law has been developed.

By decision of the vice president dated 09.02.2024, a team was appointed to handle reports of irregularities and breaches of law Vice President's Order.

The purpose of the procedure is:

to ensure protection for persons who submit reports or disclose information or justified suspicions of breaches of law, and who have obtained information about a breach in a work-related context, regardless of the type of contract. This also applies to other persons, including job applicants who obtained information about a breach of law during recruitment or negotiations preceding the contract conclusion.
to prevent intentional and unintentional breaches of law committed in a work-related context for the employer, regardless of the type of contract, length of service, or position held.

A report of a breach of law may be made confidentially via the following channels:

upon employee request – through a direct meeting organized within 7 days from the date of receipt of the report.

In accordance with the Directive provisions, we also enable free access to training on rights and methods of reporting breaches for all interested parties (employees, collaborators, interns, contractors, etc.)
