Steam sauna (also known as Roman bath) is a sauna with humidity reaching up to 100% but at a lower temperature: 40-50°C. One session should last about 5-15 minutes, and total time should not exceed 30 minutes per day, e.g., 2 x 15 min or 3 x 10 min.

Infrared sauna (dry), i.e., infrared sauna, is excellent for people who cannot use traditional dry or wet saunas. The required temperature to achieve positive changes in the human body in the infrared sauna is 35-45°C.
