Dr. med. (Univ. Rostock) Małgorzata Karaś

Doctor Małgorzata Karaś graduated from the Medical University of Warsaw, Faculty II of Medicine in 2008.
After obtaining her diploma, she spent over 10 years at one of the oldest rehabilitation clinics in Germany with a history of more than 200 years in the town of Bad Doberan, studying among others under Dr. Peter Kupatz, one of the first musculoskeletal ultrasonographers in the world. In addition, she had the opportunity to undertake internships, among others, at the University Hospital in Winnipeg, Canada, and Klinikum Passau in Germany.
While at the clinic, she completed a manual medicine course for doctors, neural therapy, and obtained the title of medical rehabilitation specialist. She also specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of scoliosis and postural defects in children. She has repeatedly participated in congresses of the German (DGPRM) as well as the International (ISPRM) Society of Rehabilitation and Physical Medicine.

In 2017, she obtained a doctoral degree in medical sciences at the University of Rostock.
In recent years, she has attended many trainings and conferences on regenerative medicine in pain therapy, as well as Postgraduate Studies in Aesthetic Medicine at the Medical University of Warsaw.

MD Paweł Karaś

Paweł Karaś is an imaging diagnostics specialist, graduated from the First Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Warsaw in 2007, a member of the Polish, German, Swedish, and Danish Medical Chambers, obtained his specialization in 2015 in Germany, where he spent over 10 years in multidisciplinary hospitals and clinics. He specializes in the musculoskeletal system and is a certified ultrasonographer of the German Medical Chamber. As a longtime member of the European Society of Radiology (ESR), the European Society of Skeletal Radiology (ESSR), and the German DGMSR Society of Musculoskeletal Radiology, he has completed numerous courses in ultrasound diagnostics and magnetic resonance imaging in Europe and worldwide, including at the University of Leicester, UK, as well as in Washington, USA.

His stay in Scandinavia allowed him to improve qualifications in emergency imaging diagnostics, where he still works as a radiologist in the "emergency room."
He specializes in injection therapy for pain relief of joints and spine under ultrasound guidance.

MD Krzysztof Bajszczak

He graduated from the Medical Faculty of the Medical Academy in Warsaw. He obtained the right to practice in Poland, Norway, Denmark, and Spain. He is fluent in English, Norwegian, Danish, Spanish, French, and Russian. He gained professional experience in orthopedic surgery centers domestically and abroad. He specializes in procedures on the upper limb, especially the hand. He performs arthroscopic and reconstructive hand surgeries. He continuously expands his knowledge by participating in numerous symposia, courses, and training sessions in Poland and abroad, including England, Italy, Denmark, Spain, Germany, France, and South Africa. He gained experience at SPSK im. Prof. A. Gruca in Otwock; Municipal Hospital in Wołomin; North Norway University Hospital; Stavanger University Hospital in Norway; Sygehus Sønderjylland in Denmark; Torrevieja General Hospital in Spain; Sydvestjysk Sygehus in Denmark; United Nations Development Program Bafata General Hospital, Guinea-Bissau.
